Costa Blanca

With long stretches of golden sandy beaches, dramatic mountain ranges and lively established resorts, this region of Spain has been a popular tourist destination since the 1960’s. The picturesque towns of Moraira, Javea and Denia offer everything from bars, shops, restaurants and nightlife to medical centres, sports facilities and excellent public transport.

Slightly inland you will find the stunning conservation area of Jalon Valley, many quaint villages, the medieval town of Benissa surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, and Altea with its beautiful bay, stunning scenery and views to the Penon de Ifach – a 380m column of rock jutting out in to the sea. The northern Costa Blanca is a great location for a holiday home or permanent residence in the sun, with a well established ‘Ex Pat’ community.
